THE FORUM is hiring a full-time Maintenance Tech II to maintain the physical plant of a senior living community. The role performs preventive maintenance, service calls, emergency repairs, building and equipment maintenance, moderate plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, apartment turnovers, inspections, pool maintenance, and HVAC-related tasks, while providing customer service to residents. Candidates need a high school diploma, three to five years of relevant maintenance experience, blueprint-reading ability, basic HVAC knowledge, and strong customer service skills; technical schooling or training is preferred. The position pays $34.08-$45.44 per hour and requires weekend availability.
