Thunderbolt Solutions is hiring a Maintainability Engineer to collect and analyze Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RM&A) data for the Aegis Weapon System and Operational Readiness Test System programs supporting U.S. Navy warships. The role involves fault-list development, test-event coordination, data collection and scoring, root-cause analysis, system-design supportability reviews, reporting, presentations, and travel to land-based test sites and Navy ships. Candidates should be engineers at the bachelor’s degree level or higher, preferably electrical or mechanical engineers, with AWS and ORTS program experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in shipboard environments.
