Description
The Campus Grounds Maintenance Technician maintains property grounds and common areas, performs basic repairs, prioritizes work orders and service requests, shuttles vehicles to and from a mechanic shop, and maintains and distributes supplies throughout the campus. The role requires a valid driver’s license, background check, maintenance technician experience, proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and janitorial services, strong multitasking and organizational skills, physical activity, and English proficiency; a high school education or better is preferred.
