The Procurement and Materials Management Specialist coordinates purchasing, inventory, fuel and oil issuance, work orders, vendor performance, compliance reporting, and maintenance planning for Harsco Environmental’s plant operations. The role requires strong organization, computer proficiency with Oracle and Microsoft Office, and 2–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a steel mill or similar environment.
