Description
The Facilities and Maintenance Services Coordinator supports subcontracted maintenance services across the Orlando campus by coordinating contractor onboarding, mobilization, site access, security badging, scheduling, scopes of work, deliverables, documentation, service completion verification, administrative closeout, and contractor performance. The role works with planners, maintenance supervisors, procurement, security, ESH, and service providers and requires experience with contractor coordination, CMMS or enterprise workflow systems, and facilities infrastructure services. The full-time position offers a salary range of $72,500 to $134,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
