The Albany Housing Authority is hiring an unskilled Maintenance Laborer to perform routine manual work maintaining the curb appeal and cleanliness of its buildings and grounds. Duties include litter removal, common-area cleaning, disposal of discarded furniture and abandoned property, landscaping assistance, and sweeping, raking, trimming, mowing, and painting. The role requires physical strength, good health, the ability to follow instructions, and successful drug and physical screening and background checks.
