VAMOS is seeking a Maintenance Manager to provide strategic support to the maintenance area, develop and monitor reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management controls, analyze costs and operational performance, identify process bottlenecks, support supplier and maintenance operations, prepare optimization studies, participate in audits, and collaborate with leaders and technical teams. The role requires higher education in a relevant field, prior maintenance or fleet-management experience, intermediate Excel, experience with performance indicators, and analytical and process-oriented skills.
