Description
Chetola Resort is hiring a Hotel Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency response, capital planning, and facility operations across the hotel, guestrooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, spa, fitness center, pools, and back-of-house areas. The role supervises and develops maintenance staff, coordinates with the Condominiums Maintenance Manager, manages vendors and contractors, oversees safety and compliance, and supports the hotel maintenance budget. Candidates need at least five years of progressive maintenance or engineering experience, including two years in a supervisory or leadership role, along with knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, project management, and hospitality operations.
