Description
Smithfield is seeking a Maintenance and Engineering leader for a fast-paced food manufacturing plant. The role owns capital engineering projects from concept through completion, leads preventive and predictive maintenance systems including TPM, manages and develops maintenance staff, resolves equipment and operational problems, tracks maintenance KPIs, and ensures safe, compliant, efficient plant operations. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field plus 8 or more years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of team management, development, or project leadership experience, along with advanced mechanical/electrical expertise and strong leadership and analytical skills.
