Description
Twin Rivers Paper Company is hiring a Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering teams, coordinate reliability and major maintenance activities, manage capital projects, oversee budgets and asset management, and support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in an industrial paper manufacturing environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least 10 years of progressive maintenance or engineering leadership experience, and experience with 24/7 operations, capital projects, and complex technical systems. The position offers an annualized salary of $115,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, and may require travel, overtime, and work in elevated or confined spaces.
