Lesaffre is hiring a Maintenance & Engineering Superintendent for its BSNAC Cedar Rapids plant. The role leads engineering and maintenance support, capital and repair projects, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, contractor coordination, safety and cGMP compliance, maintenance documentation, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The position requires an engineering or industrial technology degree, five years of maintenance and engineering experience, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, CAD and spreadsheet proficiency, and CPR/First Aid and forklift certifications.
