Description
The Maintenance/Grounds Technician performs building maintenance, repairs, inspections, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal, and groundskeeping for a senior living community. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call duty and occasional nonstandard hours. It requires a high school diploma or GED, two to five years of construction maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical experience, and completion of the company’s Ambassador training; grounds or landscaping experience is preferred. The position also requires a Pennsylvania driver’s license, medical screening, criminal history clearance, and other background checks.
