The Property Management Division is hiring a Maintenance and Operations Specialist to plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance, repair, and small renovation projects in County leased facilities. The role manages contractors and trades, evaluates commercial building systems, resolves lease-related responsibilities, verifies work and billing, maintains project records, communicates with occupants, and provides technical guidance. It is primarily field-based, requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of relevant experience, and pays $25.44-$36.98 per hour.
