BioMar Vietnam is hiring a Maintenance & Process Improvement Supervisor for its shrimp feed manufacturing plant in Ben Tre. The role leads maintenance reliability, preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, CAPEX and OPEX projects, process improvement, contractor management, team training and performance, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with EHS, ISO 9001, BAP, ASC, and HACCP standards. Candidates need at least five years of similar experience, a degree in Automation Engineering or Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering, and knowledge of shrimp feed manufacturing, maintenance management systems, OEE analysis, and relevant quality and safety standards.
