The Maintenance & Reliability Subject Matter Expert provides technical expertise, consultancy, initiative, and leadership for the continuous operation and certification of customer equipment. The role supports Condition-Based Maintenance programs, reliability and availability analysis, risk mitigation, equipment design improvements, root-cause analysis, certification requirements, automation evaluation, and feedback management. It requires strong analytical, communication, prioritization, stakeholder-management, and technical competencies, along with the ability to travel regionally or internationally if required.
