DIS-TRAN Steel is hiring a Maintenance and Reliability Manager for its Pineville, Louisiana location. The role leads maintenance and reliability efforts, oversees maintenance personnel and programs, manages planning and CMMS processes, develops reliability strategies, leads root-cause analysis, monitors performance metrics, manages the maintenance budget, and supports safe and efficient plant operations. The position requires a BSME or BSEE, 10+ years of maintenance and reliability engineering experience in heavy industrial, petrochemical, paper mill, or manufacturing environments, and 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a production setting.
