Boardwalk is hiring a Building Maintenance and Renovations Associate to handle maintenance requests and emergencies, perform vacant-suite maintenance and renovations, conduct preventative inspections, coordinate turnover inspections, supervise contractors, and assist with snow removal. The role requires at least two years of renovation experience, mechanical aptitude, customer service, a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license.
