The role covers repair, renovation, optimization, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of technical systems; coordination of external specialists; monitoring of contracted service providers; safety and building-system operations; inventory management; compliance and audit support; and guest-service-related technical inquiries. Candidates need completed vocational training in a trade, preferably at least three years of relevant building-services experience, German and English communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
