Description
The role combines preventive maintenance and turnaround engineering for oil and gas plant operations. Responsibilities include developing maintenance strategies, conducting inspections and diagnostics, maintaining CMMS records, coordinating with operations and engineering teams, analyzing reliability data, leading turnaround planning and risk assessments, conducting cold-eye reviews, overseeing execution, and evaluating performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 7–10 years of oil and gas maintenance and turnaround experience, reliability and asset-integrity knowledge, CMMS proficiency, and strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
