Boart Longyear is hiring Maintenance Apprentices in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a Millwright 433A apprenticeship to support preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and facility systems in a manufacturing shop. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, replacing components, aligning equipment, reading schematics, documenting work, responding to breakdowns, and following safety procedures. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be registered as Millwright 433A apprentices, and have 2–3 years of related industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience; exposure to CNC, automated, or high-volume production equipment is an asset. The position requires English, physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and legal authorization to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not offered.
