Description
Avanath is hiring a Maintenance Apprentice to support property maintenance for affordable housing communities. Reporting to the Community Manager, the role performs minor repairs, completes resident service work orders and make-ready inspections, maintains grounds and common areas, uses maintenance equipment safely, and supports inventory and safety procedures. The position requires at least two years of grounds or porter experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. Compensation is $21–$23 USD, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
