Description
The Maintenance Apprentice supports skilled Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automotive stamping presses, automation systems, tooling, and facility equipment. The role includes preventive maintenance, die-change support, safety procedures, documentation, equipment inspections, and basic facility maintenance while participating in classroom and hands-on training. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a registered maintenance apprenticeship program, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
