Description
The Maintenance Apprentice assists maintenance technicians with installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities. Responsibilities include dismantling equipment with hand, power, and industrial tools, inspecting and repairing parts, completing lockout/tagout certification, documenting work orders and checklists, maintaining a clean work area, and completing special projects. The role does not include supervisory responsibility and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic tools, and operational knowledge of common hand, power, and industrial tools; machine maintenance, building maintenance, preventative maintenance, or basic electrical experience is preferred.
