The role focuses on safety, equipment availability, preventative maintenance, compliance, technical coverage, training, local and BR-level projects, and shift-based work. Candidates need at least five years of Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience, four years of industrial maintenance experience, two years of direct leadership experience, two years of CMMS experience, a bachelor's degree, and flexible availability for weekends, nights, and holidays.
