Description
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor directs 20–30 craft workers and oversees industrial maintenance, safety, equipment inspections, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, incident investigations, maintenance data, budgeting, and contractor management. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 2–5 years of related experience or training, CMMS experience, and knowledge of industrial maintenance systems and equipment. Compensation is $103,000–$129,048 annually plus a 10% performance bonus target, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
