Oxford Crossings, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant for an 8:00am–4:30pm shift. The role supports resident comfort and safety by performing daily rounds, minor plumbing/electrical/mechanical/cosmetic repairs, reviewing work orders, assisting with furniture moves and equipment repairs, and maintaining compliance with safety, facility, and regulatory standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of general maintenance experience, with skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
