Description
Monarch Healthcare Management is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director with overall facility maintenance in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living setting. The role includes routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, compliance for fire alarms and emergency electrical systems, HVAC and water/sewage systems, equipment and supply inventory, facility safety and cleanliness, inspections, documentation, and communication with residents and staff. Two years of maintenance and power plant experience is desirable, and a boiler license is strongly recommended.
