Allegro Parkland is hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant for the 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. AM shift. The role supports the Maintenance Director with emergency coverage, preventative and routine maintenance, mechanical equipment inspections, work-order systems, safety procedures, and resident and staff requests. Candidates need at least 18 years of age, a minimum of one year of maintenance-related experience covering plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems, strong communication and organization, and a positive criminal background screening. Preferred qualifications include a technical school diploma and HVAC or related maintenance certifications.
