Northgate Health Care Facility is hiring a full-time Floor Maintenance Technician in North Tonawanda, New York, for a Monday-Friday 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. shift at $16.60-$19.06 per hour depending on experience. The role performs routine maintenance, repairs, painting, drywall, floor care, plumbing, electrical, ceiling, and window work; maintains exterior areas and grounds; supports snow removal and salting; transports trash and linens; inspects equipment and safety systems; and assists with security and quality improvement. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of cleaning or maintenance experience, a valid New York State driver's license, basic maintenance knowledge, troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to lift and move equipment.
