Monarch Communities Senior Living is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside a senior living community, respond to resident and associate requests, install and service equipment, prepare apartments for move-ins, maintain community grounds, and support activities and events. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of hands-on maintenance or related experience, knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping practices, and computer proficiency.
