Description
The Maintenance Tech assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining physical-plant assets and supporting daily maintenance operations, including responding to repair requests, preventive maintenance, inspections, snow removal, janitorial work, security and fire-system monitoring, unit preparation, and supply management. The role requires a driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL, a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of building-maintenance experience, and knowledge of carpentry, preventative maintenance, ground maintenance, blueprints, building codes, and basic computer skills.
