The role performs routine facility maintenance, minor repairs, janitorial support, inspections, vendor coordination, supply management, and response to facility service requests. The position requires at least one year of prior maintenance experience, janitorial knowledge, a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift 20 pounds and work in a standing or bending posture, and reliable scheduling. The morning shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and the estimated base hourly range is $23.00 to $24.00.
