Riverside Commons is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support overall facility operations through interior and exterior maintenance, electrical and plumbing work, light construction, drywall patching/painting, and coordination with outside vendors for scheduled services such as HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong organization and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare-oriented environment.
