Description
Havenwood of Minnetonka is hiring a part-time Maintenance Assistant for 20 hours per week, with some weekend hours as needed. The role performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and other building maintenance; responds to equipment failures; completes work orders; and assists with campus projects and snow removal. The position pays $18-$23 per hour and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, daily pay, meals, gym access, and parking benefits.
