Description
Havenwood of Minnetonka is hiring a part-time Maintenance Assistant for 20 hours per week, with some weekend hours as needed. The role performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and snow removal; responds to equipment failures; completes work orders; and supports other maintenance personnel. The position pays $18-$23 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, daily pay, and other benefits.
