Clarendale Clayton is recruiting a Hospitality-Focused Maintenance Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of senior-living community public areas and provide operational, maintenance, and resident support. The full-time role runs from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with some weekends required, pays $20.00 per hour, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing public areas, assisting with turnovers and deep cleaning, performing basic maintenance, supporting housekeeping and operations, and responding to resident and guest requests. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, as is six months to one year of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, facilities, maintenance, or a related field.
