Description
Watercrest Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of senior-living communities. The role combines housekeeping and environmental services with general building maintenance, including inspections, repairs, routine maintenance, supply ordering, emergency response, resident and family support, and coordination with maintenance systems. The position requires a high school education, two years of senior-living experience, five years of hands-on building-maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and on-demand pay benefits.
