Heritage Grove Estates is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support the daily operations, safety, and upkeep of its skilled nursing facility. The role performs landscaping, grounds maintenance, building-system upkeep, repairs, life-safety compliance, equipment servicing, and resident-safety-system maintenance. A high school diploma or GED and prior facility-maintenance, construction, or general-repair experience are preferred, along with knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, alarm systems, appliances, and building maintenance.
