Description
The Maintenance Manager supports daily maintenance operations for stamping and weld assembly departments, leads maintenance supervisors, technicians, and skilled trades personnel, and drives equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The role also handles troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, spare parts management, and cross-functional performance goals while promoting safety, TPM, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience, two years of maintenance leadership experience, and expertise across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotics, and automation systems.
