Description
The Maintenance Associate will repair and maintain building systems and facilities, perform minor plumbing, painting, and electrical work, complete facility checklists and cleaning tasks, respond to maintenance issues, and support guest satisfaction. The role requires basic maintenance knowledge, one year of building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or trade school, communication skills, facility-issue experience, woodworking skills, a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. The listed pay rate is $15.00 per hour, and the position is eligible for tips, overtime, and overnight differentials.
