Description
Boardwalk is hiring a Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance requests, emergency repairs, vacant-suite maintenance, common-area upkeep, inspections, contractor oversight, snow removal, and other site tasks. The role requires two years of maintenance service experience, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, physical ability to perform demanding work, strong customer service and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Renovation experience, technology familiarity, and English proficiency are assets.
