The Maintenance Associate will maintain hotel property, perform small repairs, report equipment malfunctions and accidents, manage supplies, keep work areas organized, and set up banquet rooms as instructed. The role requires physical ability to lift, stand, bend, kneel, and squat, reliable and trustworthy behavior, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, long days, and holidays. The salary is $16.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
