Description
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment and facility systems, including preventive maintenance, inspections, component replacement, machine setup and changeovers, facility upkeep, recordkeeping, and tool and parts organization. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, tool-use ability, safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse, facilities, or production experience is helpful but not required. The position may require overtime and weekend work and requires legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
