Description
Fire-Dex is hiring a Maintenance Associate to perform machine setup, emergency and scheduled production equipment troubleshooting and repairs, installation of preventative maintenance programs, and use of lean tools. The role also includes reading equipment manuals and work orders, recording maintenance and downtime data, following OSHA safety rules, participating in Kaizen and 6S activities, and assisting with facility cleanliness and event setup. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in Old Fort, North Carolina, and offers training, health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days, paid time off, profit sharing, and other benefits.
