Description
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the general maintenance, operation, and upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment, vehicles, and grounds. The role performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and repair work; inspects and troubleshoots equipment; installs fixtures, equipment, and appliances; maintains pool chemistry; and follows safety and quality procedures. The position requires basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment, chemical handling, propane and gasoline dispensing, independent and team work, night, weekend, and holiday availability, and a valid driver’s license. It is primarily outdoors, may involve exposure to weather and chemicals, and requires lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
