Description
The Maintenance Associate performs assigned higher-level maintenance activities under supervision, supports equipment on-time delivery and reliability initiatives, captures maintenance data in Technology Lifecycle Management systems, and participates in continuous improvement. The role requires mechanical or technical certification or experience, strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, problem-solving and communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
