Description
The Maintenance Associate maintains the quality and upkeep of a marina by inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems, performing minor repairs, using hand and power tools, maintaining grounds and walks, and expediting maintenance requests. The role requires technical manual and drawing literacy, communication and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
