Description
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining and repairing marina equipment, building systems, grounds, and walks; performing minor fixes; inspecting and troubleshooting systems such as ventilation; and expediting maintenance requests while providing customer and guest service. The role requires technical manual and drawing literacy, communication and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
