Description
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining and repairing marina equipment, building systems, grounds, and walks; performing minor fixes; inspecting and troubleshooting systems such as ventilation; and expediting maintenance requests while providing customer and guest service. The role requires technical manual and drawing literacy, communication and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior maintenance experience is preferred but not required, and applicants must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and swim or use a personal flotation device in emergencies.
