Description
The Maintenance Associate performs basic repair and maintenance of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, painting, snow and ice removal, and equipment upkeep. The role prioritizes work orders, maintains tools and supplies, supports hotel operations, and requires physical stamina, blueprint reading, safety compliance, and the ability to work without supervision. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is non-exempt.
